About the Show:
POSTING SCHEDULE: The 1st and 15th of every month. (Bunk-a-Biker Stories on the 1st and Vagabond Chronicles on the 15th for now)
January 2021: The Motorcycle Vagabond Show is now solely hosted by Zee Traveler and will be focusing, for the first half of the year, on people who live on the road and stories from members of Bunk-a-Biker. The show may come under a re-branding soon but I'm certain I will continue to put out quality content with shitty production! (I can't seem to find the time to edit the shows so you're just going to have to deal with long awkward silences and misspeaks) I am looking for people with experience to share, who want to participate in What Grinds Our Gears, or anything else that's remotely interesting. :)
February 2020: The Motorcycle Vagabond Show is about the aspects of traveling, adventuring, and camping by motorcycle. We don't talk about MotoGP or the newest motorcycle news, but we will tell you all about our hammocks, camping quilts, ROK Straps, and milk crates. Zee and Dakota have poor taste in humor but have a lot of fun giggling and making jokes while recording the show. The guest interviews often come from members of Zee's FaceBook group, Minimalist Motorcycle Vagabonds, which the show is named after, or from one of the many people she's met while traveling. We don't take ourselves very seriously so the show is a lot of fun (at least we hope it is) so check it out and send us some hate mail!
Always feel free to email or message us but we’re not reading that shit on the show.
We have a couple different segments to choose from when listening to us:
Camping and Motorcycle Gear talks - We go in-depth on how gear works, the companies that make it, what we use, what works for us, and what didn't.
Bunk-a-Biker Stories - This segment focuses on the many stories from Bunk-a-Biker guests and hosts to help promote use of the hospitality network.
Motorcycle Vagabond Chronicles - Zee hosts this show independently and interviews other full time vagabonds on the way they make this life work for them.
Guest Episodes - We like to chat with our guests on a particular subject, either something about gear or about road philosophy. What we don't do is try to make our guests condense their entire lives into a one hour story.
Road Philosophy - Zee is a full time motorcycle vagabond and this segment is where they talk about how that life is for her.
What Grinds Our Gear - This segment is just where we bitch about random motorcycle and camping stuff that isn't enough to make into its own episode for.

The Hosts:
Current Hosts
Zee Traveler
A taco-loving, motorcycle vagabond who currently lives on her 1991 Suzuki DR350. Zee is an avid rider of all kinds who has been to 18 countries and 43 US states over the last 68,000 miles and 3.5 years of traveling. She's been riding for a decade and camping for only the last 3.5 years. She prefers a hammock and camping quilt in the middle of the forest over a tent and sleeping bag at a KOA. In her spare time she runs Minimalist Motorcycle Vagabonds and Bunk-a-Biker, two wonderful communities designed to support the traveling rider.

Ex-Hosts
Dakota Howard
A steak-loving, alien-fanatic who currently rides a Triumph Tiger 800 and a Suzuki DRZ400, Dakota is an avid on and off road rider who loves to camp. He's only been riding 3 years but has found himself to prefer a hammock over a tent, a lighter dual sport over a street bike, and with poor management skills that leaves everyone wondering how he's still alive.
